The Program

Reset My Future is a 12-week non-residential program, effectively designed to help substance abusers reset their thinking, and enter a recovery path of either abstinence or moderation.

There are three components to the program:
1 – We give you the tools to get off the substance and deal with urges, cravings and thoughts of drinking or using.
2 – We help reset your thinking about your future. This part of the program ensures you will have an exciting and fulfilling life.
3 – We help you to develop the motivation, discipline and plan to start living your life to the full.

At the commencement of the program, you will establish a goal. For some it will be abstinence and for others it will be a return to modified drinking.

The program is structured on an Inductive Learning Model employing a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Scenario based modules.

How The Program is Delivered

At Reset My Future, you’ll work one-on-one with your dedicated coach, ensuring a journey tailored just for you. Privacy and anonymity are paramount, with no group sessions to worry about. Our program adapts to your individual needs, offering flexibility in delivery—face-to-face, via Zoom, or WhatsApp, or a combination that best suits your lifestyle.

We accommodate your schedule, making it easy to integrate recovery into your daily routine. Starting with two sessions a week for the first four weeks, followed by a minimum of one weekly session, you’re supported at every stage. Prior to each meeting, you’ll receive your next module online, accessible through your personal login, blending structured progress with the personal touch your journey deserves
