About Moama Dental Clinic

Dr Anup Shenai is the owner and principal dentist at Moama Dental clinic. He is well known in this region for his cosmetic and surgical skills in dentistry and for his friendly, easygoing nature. Patience and empathy is what makes him so popular amongst his patients.
Dr Shenai finished his graduate degree in dentistry from India in 2004. A year after practicing with his father, he made the conscious decision to move to Australia to advance his skills in cosmetic and implant dentistry.

Dr Shenai moved to Rochester in 2008 and started his career as an associate dentist, under the guidance of Dr Daniel Lavery. This is where his dream of having a top-notch clinic with excellent customer service started unfolding. In 2011, Dr Shenai and his wife bought Dr Lavery’s dental practice. In 2016, Moama Dental clinic was started to continue the needs and demands of the growing Echuca- Moama area.
To advance his surgical skills, Dr Shenai traveled to California, USA and completed his fellowship in Implant dentistry (FCII) and became a fellow of the International congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI). In 2022, Dr Shenai completed another implantology course under the mentorship of Sydney’s leading and esteemed Dr Kenneth Lee. He has also finished a diploma in Implantology from the prestigious Jaume University, Spain. He is also a qualified phlebotomist which has helped him use patients’ own growth factors and stem cells to be used in their surgeries to achieve better outcomes.
Along with implant and wisdom teeth surgeries, Dr Shenai enjoys doing full mouth rehabilitation using crowns, bridges, and implants. Dr Shenai is also trained in orthodontics and loves the use of clear aligners for treating mal-aligned teeth.
With so many accolades to his name, his journey continues to achieve better and more predictable surgical and cosmetic results.
Outside dentistry, Dr Shenai enjoys spending time with his young family. He is an avid traveler, loves his wines, and spends time working on his spiritual growth.

Moama Dental clinic was started in the old Moama IGA building in 2016. It started off smoothly and within no time the demand for dentists in the region got out of control. In 2020 Moama Dental Clinic moved into it is now state-of-the-art building on Meninya Street, Moama. Every year a new blessing, a new miracle comes true.
